To use this service, follow these steps:
- Visit our Contact Us page and provide your full name, email address and the strategy specifications in the inquiry form.
- We will return to you shortly with a date by which we can expect to have your automated solution completed, when you will then confirm with us to begin development.
- Once we have finished developing your strategy, we will quote you a purchase price depending on the logical complexity and man-hours needed, before delivering your automated solution to you.

Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

The following terms and conditions (collectively, these "Terms and Conditions") apply to your use of www.tradingedge.my, including any content, functionality and services offered on or via www.tradingedge.my (the "Website").
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you start using the Website, because by using the Website you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 25 June 2019. TradingEdge Technology Sdn Bhd (hereby "we, us, our") expressly reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Website and these Terms and Conditions from time to time and to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this Website after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement of the modified Terms and Conditions and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Full Name, Email Address, and Contact Telephone Number.
Service-specific Terms
MQL4 Solutions Engineering Service
To use the MQL4 Solutions Engineering Service (referred in this section only as the "Service"), we require you to supply your Full Name, Email Address and the full, unambiguous specification of your strategy idea in the Contact Us page. By using the Service, you agree that the information you supply is fully accurate, and that we shall bear no responsibility for any miscommunications or failure to deliver the Service should you fail to comply. Upon finalising the details required to transform your idea into a Product, you agree to pay a deposit of USD $250 before we begin development. You reserve the right to query to us about the progress of your automated strategy package’s (referred in this section only as the "Product") development or an expected price range and/or timeline, where we will provide you with an estimate. We will not be held accountable if we are unable to develop your Product should you request for accelerated development (e.g. ask for delivery of the completed Product within 3 days when the expected completion time is 7 days).
We will inform you by email when your Product is ready to collect, and quote you a final price for the use of the Service. This price will be calculated based on the logical complexity of the idea presented in the specification, and the man-hours required to build the Product. You hereby agree that this price is final and strictly non-negotiable. You also agree that payment for the Product must be made strictly after we contacted you of the Product’s completion. We will then deliver your Product within 3 business days strictly after your payment has been processed. You agree that we reserve all rights to withhold your product at our discretion should you breach the terms set out in this agreement.
TradingEdge Technology Sdn Bhd reserves all rights to your Product and its license. By using the Service you agree not to reverse-engineer, reproduce, nor redistribute the Product or any part of it to any persons or organisations. This service operates under a 30-day warranty scheme; any errors found in the software based on the provided specifications can be reported to us using the Contact Us page within 30 days after we delivered the product to you, by which we will repair your software free of charge. You agree that any errors reported after this warranty period, or a change in the product specification will incur an additional cost at our discretion. By using the Service, you agree that we are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of using the Service or any of its derivative Products.
Conduct on Website
Your use of the Website is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for the substance of your communications through the Website.
By posting information in or otherwise using any communications service, chat room, message board, newsgroup, software library, or other interactive service that may be available to you on or through this Website, you agree that you will not upload, share, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content — including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information — that:

- Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party
- Impersonates any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives
We neither endorse nor assume any liability for the contents of any material uploaded or submitted by third party users of the Website. We generally do not pre-screen, monitor, or edit the content posted by users of communications services, chat rooms, message boards, newsgroups, software libraries, or other interactive services that may be available on or through this Website.

TradingEdge Technology reserves the right to terminate this Terms and Conditions or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorized, or suspected unauthorized use of the Website whether in contravention of this Terms and Conditions or otherwise. If TradingEdge Technology terminates this Terms and Conditions, or suspends your account for any of the reasons set out in this section, TradingEdge Technology shall have no liability or responsibility to you.
Assignment
TradingEdge Technology may assign this Terms and Conditions or any part of it without restrictions. You may not assign this Terms and Conditions or any part of it to any third party.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide 3 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
